The Liquidators of Lehman Brothers Commercial Corporation Asia Limited (LBCCAL) and Lehman Brothers Asia Limited (LBAL) have obtained from the Hong Kong High Court an extension of time before which onerous contracts must be disclaimed. An extension until 19 September 2010 has been granted.
