Online and mobile luxury spending on the rise in China, finds survey

 

Online and mobile shopping for luxury products has exploded in China, while smartphone penetration continues to grow at a rapid pace, according our recent study. The survey, titled China’s Connected Consumers, analyses responses from 10,200 luxury consumers in China on their online spending patterns.

China’s securities brokers see profits rise as competition intensifies

Securities brokers in China have seen a rise in profits after a three year decline, benefitting from a more active stock market, expansion of margin financing, securities lending and asset management growth, according to KPMG’s latest Mainland China Securities Survey 2014.
